Commercial induction cookers are primarily designed for use in commercial kitchens, not in restaurants, canteens, factories, universities, government agencies, military facilities, enterprises, trains, ships, and other commercial kitchens, especially those that restrict open flames. Below, Guangdong PXKITCHEN Equipment, a Dongguan induction cooker manufacturer, tells you what you cannot do with commercial induction cookers:
Commercial induction cookers should avoid exposure to water vapor and moisture, and they should be kept away from hot air and steam. Since the stove has cooling fans, it should be placed in an area with good air circulation. The outlet should be at least 10cm away from walls and other objects, and the operating temperature should be between 10-40°C.
Commercial induction cookers should not be used to heat food in glass, aluminum, copper, or other non-ferromagnetic containers, as these materials will not heat up.
When in use, do not place iron objects such as knives, forks, or bottle caps on the stove surface, and avoid placing items sensitive to magnetic fields such as watches or audio tapes on the stove surface or wearing them while operating the induction cooker.
Do not allow iron pots or other pots to heat up empty or burn dry to prevent the induction cooker's surface panel from cracking due to excessive heat.
It is best not to place household appliances such as televisions, VCRs, or stereos that are sensitive to magnets within a range of 2-3 meters from the commercial induction cooker to avoid adverse effects.
After using the commercial induction cooker, adjust the power knob to the minimum position, wait for the cooling fan to stop running, then turn off the power, and remove the iron pot. Do not touch the heating range circle of the panel directly with your hands at this time.
