    • Loose power cord connection: Reconnect the power cord.
    • Power cord failure: Replace or reconnect the power cord.
    • Fuse blown: Replace the fuse.
    • Faulty power transistor IGBT: Replace the transistor.
    • Faulty resonant capacitor C103: Replace the capacitor.
    • Faulty rectifier diode: Check and replace the diode.
    • Transformer failure, no 18V output: Check and replace the transformer.
    • Faulty circuit board components: Replace the components.
  2. Indicator Light On but Not Heating:

    • Loose wire coil connection: Secure the wire coil.
    • Faulty voltage regulator diode ZD101: Replace the diode.
    • Faulty circuit board components: Replace the components.
  3. Indicator Light Off but Fan Running:

    • Poor connection of LED socket: Reconnect or replace the LED board.
    • Faulty voltage regulator diode ZD2: Replace the diode.
    • Faulty circuit board components: Replace the components.
  4. Indicator Light On but Not Heating Without Pot:

    • Loose or damaged thermistor wiring: Reconnect or replace the thermistor component.
    • Faulty integrated circuit LM339 or TA8316: Replace the IC.
    • Poor connection of the transformer: Check or replace the main control IC.
